Shipping Policy

• Origin & Coverage: All orders are shipped from India to customers worldwide.

• Prepaid Orders Only: We only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Shipping Charges: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Worldwide shipping can be expensive depending on your region.

• Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and vary by country.

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Order Tracking: Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. RAWSLABBED is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by courier partners or customs authorities.

• Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced.

No Refunds: RAWSLABBED does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only accepted for items received in a damaged or defective condition.

• Proof Required: Customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without timely proof will not be entertained.

• Return Shipping: If an exchange is approved, the customer must return the product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

• Product Availability: If the same product is unavailable, a store credit equal to the product value will be issued.

• Non-Exchangeable Cases: No exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product/size/color ordered by customer

  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

  • Failure to claim delivery (unattended parcels, refusal to pay customs, etc.)

• Store credits can be used for any future purchase on RAWSLABBED.

• Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as all products are made-to-order/prepared for shipping.

• Packaging: Please keep all original packaging intact when requesting an exchange. Products returned without proper packaging may be rejected.

• Force Majeure: RAWSLABBED will not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

• Right to Refuse Service: RAWSLABBED reserves the right to deny any order, claim, or exchange request if it is found to be fraudulent or not in compliance with our policy.
